舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者血清T-SOD、GSH-Px及CAT水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑治疗对精神分裂症(SP)患者血清总超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月广州市民政局精神病院收治的80例SP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组口服阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组氧化应激反应、精神症状及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗前氧化应激反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后T-SOD、GSH-Px高于本组治疗前,CAT低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后T-SOD、GSH-Px高于对照组,CAT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前精神症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后各项症状评分及总分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后副反应量表(TESS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑可提高SP治疗效果,减轻脑部氧化应激反应,加快精神症状改善,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Aripiprazole on the levels of serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)and catalase(CAT)in patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,a total of 80 cases of SP patients admitted to Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).Results There was no statistically significant difference in oxidative stress response between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the T-SOD and GSH-Px of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and CAT was lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);T-SOD and GSH-Px of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and CAT of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of psychiatric symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The symptom scores and total scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TESS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Aripiprazole can improve the therapeutic effect of SP,reduce brain oxidative stress,accelerate the improvement of mental symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
