摘  要:在水温(15±2)℃条件下采用静水生物测试法,研究Cu^(2+)胁迫对体重(8.19±1.47)g,体长(6.0±0.4)cm的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼的急性毒性。研究结果表明:随水中Cu^(2+)浓度的升高,大菱鲆幼鱼表现出更多显著的急躁狂游、抬头频繁、跳跃、鳃盖起伏剧烈和分泌黏液等应激行为,随胁迫时间增加,大菱鲆幼鱼的死亡率显著升高。Cu^(2+)对大菱鲆幼鱼的48 h、72 h和96 h半数致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为2.926、1.733和1.221 mg/L。安全质量浓度(SC)为0.1221 mg/L。暴露时间为48 h、72 h和96 h回归方程分别为y=2.065 x+4.0371,y=4.0953 x+4.0223和y=8.7459 x+4.243。Cu^(2+)对大菱鲆幼鱼属于中等毒性物质。The acute toxicity of Cu^(2+)on juvenile Scophthalmus Maximus with body weight of(8.19±1.47)g and body length of(6.0±0.4)cm was studied by hydrostatic biological test at the water temperature(15±2)℃.The results showed that juvenile turbot exhibited more significant stress behaviors such as restless swimming,frequent head raising,jumping,severe fluctuation of gill lid and mucus secretion with the increase of Cu^(2+)concentration.The mortality of juvenile turbot increased significantly with the increase of stress time.The median lethal concentrations(LC_(50))of Cu^(2+)to juvenile turbot were 2.926,1.733 and 1.221 mg/L at 48 h,72 h and 96 h,respectively.Safety mass concentration(SC)was 0.1221 mg/L.The regression equations of exposure time for 48 h,72 h and 96 h were y=2.065 x+4.0371,y=4.0953 x+4.0223 and y=8.7459 x+4.243,respectively.Cu^(2+)belongs to middle level toxicity substance to juvenile turbot.
