电商平台担保下供应链的融资和运营策略研究

摘　　要：文章基于零售商、银行、中介型电商平台组成的供应链,考虑零售商在有无资金约束两种情况下,构建零售商、电商平台、银行的收益函数;分析了零售商在无资金约束和资金约束两种情况下,电商平台担保系数、佣金费率对零售商、电商平台以及银行利润的影响。研究表明:在电商平台担保的情况下,零售商的利润随电商平台佣金费率的增加先减少后增加,电商平台的利润随着佣金费率的增加先增加后减少,银行利润随着佣金费率的增加而减少;对于零售商而言,资金约束下的利润小于无资金约束下的利润,资金约束制约了零售商的发展;对于电商平台而言,在面临资金约束的情况下,若担保系数和银行利率在一定范围内,电商平台的利润能够大于无资金约束下的利润。Regarding the supply chain composed of retailers,banks,and intermediarye-commerce platforms,considering the different conditions with or without capital constraints for the retailers,this paper constructs the income function of retailers,e-commerce platforms,and banks,analyzes retailers’performance under the conditions mentioned above,the influence of guarantee coefficient and commission rate of e-commerce platform on the profits of retailers,e-commerce platforms and banks.Research shows that:in the case of e-commerce platform guarantee,the profit of retailers first decreases and then increases with the increase of commission rate of e-commerce platform,the profit of e-commerce platform first increases and then decreases with the increase of commission rate,and the profit of banks decreases with the increase of commission rate.For retailers,the profit under capital constraint is less than that without capital constraint,which restricts the development of retailers;for e-commerce platform,under the condition of capital constraint,when the guarantee coefficient and bank interest rate are within a certain range,the profit of e-commerce platform can be greater than that without capital constraint.
