摘　　要：目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液对白内障术后角膜水肿患者的疗效及对白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在商丘市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的白内障患者200例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。两组患者常规行超声乳化术式以及人工晶状体植入术式,术后对照组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液,观察组另同时给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶。比较两组疗效,治疗3周后症状评分,治疗前及治疗3周后IL-4、IL-6、PCT水平,以及两组不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率是98.00%(98/100),较对照组的91.00%(91/100)更高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3周后各项症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,两组IL-4、IL-6、PCT降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率是3.00%(3/100),与对照组的2.00%(2/100)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗白内障术后角膜水肿疗效显著,能有效改善患者IL-4、IL-6、PCT水平,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel combined with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops on patients with corneal edema after cataract surgery and its effect on IL-4、IL-6、PCT level.Methods A total of 200 cataract patients who underwent surgical treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 100 cases each.Both groups were routinely given phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.After operation,the control group was given tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops,and the observation group was also given recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel at the same time.The efficacy,symptom score after 3 weeks of treatment,IL-4、IL-6、PCT levels before and 3 weeks after treatment,and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%(98/100),compared with the control group of 91.00%(91/100) was significantly higher(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,both groups had lower IL-4、IL-6、PCT than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.00%(3/100),compared with the control group of 2.00%(2/100),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel combined with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops has a significant effect in the treatment of corneal edema after cataract surgery,and can effectively improve the level of IL-4、IL-6、PCT in patients,safety is relatively high.
