苦黄注射液联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片治疗酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨苦黄注射液联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片治疗酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年4月在沈阳市第六人民医院肝病二科病房及门诊治疗的酒精性脂肪肝患者90例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组予以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苦黄注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、肝/脾CT值、肝功能指标、血脂水平、炎症介质水平、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗有效率为88.9%,高于对照组的68.9%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),肝/脾CT值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦黄注射液联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片治疗AFL疗效确切,患者症状、体征及各指标明显改善,优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kuhuang Injection combined with adenosylmethionine succinate enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with alcoholic fatty liver(AFL).Methods A total of 90 patients with alcoholic fatty liver disease who were treated in Ward and Outpatient of the Second Department of Liver Disease,Shenyang Sixth People’s Hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adenosylmethionine succinate enteric-coated tablets enteric coated tablets,and the observation group was given Kuhuang Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver/spleen CT value,liver function index,blood lipid level,inflammatory factor level,TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%,which was higher than 68.9%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GGT),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the CT value of liver/spleen was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuhuang Injection combined with adenosylmethionine succinate enteric-coated tablets has a definite effect in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver disease,and the symptoms,signs and indicators of the patients are significantly improved,which is better than that of western medicine alone.
