摘　　要：铁死亡(ferroptosis)是一种新发现的调控性细胞死亡方式。诱导铁死亡是肿瘤治疗的新途径。本文介绍近年来有关肿瘤细胞铁死亡的诱导途径及其分子调控机制的研究进展,以及诱导铁死亡在消化道肿瘤治疗领域中的应用前景。Ferroptosis is a kind of newly discovered regulatory cell death and has a potential application in cancer therapy.In this review,we summarize the recent research progress in the induction pathway of tumor cell ferroptosis and its molecular regulation mechanism and the application prospects of induced ferroptosis in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.
