摘  要:我国南方地区夏季气温和湿度较高,需采用专用空调对粮仓进行谷物冷却通风,而风口布置对空调控温效果影响显著。文章以高大平房仓为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法对粮仓进出风口布置对控温效果的影响展开研究,对比高大平房仓不同送、回风口布置方式下谷物冷却通风对粮堆表层温度的影响。结果表明:风口同侧布置与风口异侧交替布置通风粮堆表层平均温度变化趋势基本一致,且风口同侧布置、交替布置的表层平均粮温与实验实测表层平均粮温的差值均在2℃以内,模拟值与实验比较接近;风口异侧交替布置时,粮堆的通风均匀性系数更高,单位能耗也更低。In Southern China,the temperature and humidity are relatively high in summer,so special air conditioning is needed to cool and ventilate the grain.Arrangement of tuyere significantly affects the air conditioning temperature control effect.Taking the large warehouse as the research object,the effect of inlet and outlet layout of warehouse on temperature control has been studied using numerical simulation method,and the effect of grain cooling and ventilation on surface temperature of grain pile has been conducted under different outlet layout in large warehouse.Results show that the variation trend of average surface temperature of ventilated grain piles are the same both in the layout of one-side arrangement and alternating sides arranged layout.The simulation results and experimental data are in good agreement,and the differences of the average surface grain temperature between the experimental results and two cases are both less than 2℃.In the alternating sides arranged layout,the ventilation uniformity coefficient of grain pile is higher and the unit energy consumption is lower respectively than that in the case of one-side arrangement.
