摘  要:分散控制系统供电需求复杂,需要高效率、高可靠性的低成本电源解决方案。基于UC3843脉宽调制芯片设计了多路非对称式电压输出开关电源,分析了电路结构与原理,设计了高频变压器、驱动电路、整流滤波以及反馈环路电路。通过电压与电流双反馈来调节次级电压,通过简化系统电源结构来降低成本。试验结果表明,所设计的电源模块性能稳定、精度较高。对比DC/DC供电方案,成本大幅降低,为分散控制系统提供了一种可靠、稳定的低成本供电方案,可进一步推广应用到各小功率电源应用场合。The power supply requirements of the distributed control system are complex,and low-cost power solutions with high efficiency and high reliability are needed.Based on the UC3843 pulse width modulation chips,a multi-channel asymmetric voltage output switching power supply was designed,the circuit structure and principle was then analyzed,and the high-frequency transformer,drive circuit,rectifier filter and feedback loop circuit were designed at the end.The secondary voltage was adjusted through dual feedback of voltage and current,and the cost was reduced by simplifying the structure of the system power supply.The test results show that the designed power module has stable performance and high accuracy.Compared with the DC/DC power supply scheme,the cost is greatly cut down,thus providing a reliable and stable low-cost power supply scheme for the distributed control system,which can be further promoted and applied to various low-power source applications.
