摘 要:福建某蜜饯企业的生产废水原出水不能达到该企业所在工业园污水纳管要求,为了解决该蜜饯企业废水污染问题,将接触氧化池改造为三相分离器好氧池,改造后主要超标化学需氧量COD、生化需氧量BOD_(5)和总氮TN污染物分别从(300±30)mg/L、(90±10)mg/L和(7.5±1.8)mg/L降低至(280±80)mg/L、(80±30)mg/L和(6.6±4.9)mg/L,排放合格率从改造前的73%、85%和69%上升至97%以上,可满足该企业所在园区污水厂纳管水质要求。与原工艺相比,三相分离器大幅降低了运行成本,14.5个月即可实现改造设备成本的回收。改造后企业具备高效稳定的处理工艺,减轻了该企业环保压力,也为解决该园区内蜜饯废水污染的问题提供参考。Due to the water qualities of the preserves(2000 tons per year)wastewaters which could not meet the access requirements of the discharges in the park of Fujian province where the company was located,the aerobic biochemical three-phase separators instead of fillers of the ori ginal processes were set up in the aerobic tanks.The major pollutants of the chemical oxygen demand(COD),biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5))and total nitrogen(TN)which were beyond pollution limits of the discharge qualities in the park of Fujian province were reduced from(300±30)mg/L,(90±10)mg/L and(7.5±1.8)mg/L to(280±80)mg/L,(80±30)mg/L and(6.6±4.9)mg/L,respectively.Moreover,the qualified discharge rates were all increased from 73%,85%and 69%to more than 97%which met the effluents requirements of the sewage treatment plant of the park.Compared with the original processes,the running costs of the aerobic biochemical three-phase separators were significantly reduced,the recovery time of which was 14.5 months.Thus,the efficient and stable treatment processes were well performed with the help of the aerobic biochemical three-phase separators to relieve the environmental pressure of the company and the treatment process of the aerobic biochemical three-phase separators can provide reference for solving the pollution of wastewaters out of preserves production in the park.
