摘  要:作为职业女性的高校女教师,肩负着家庭与社会的双重职能,国家生育政策的变化对她们的身心健康和职业发展造成了巨大的困扰。以聊城市三所大学及山东省部分高校女教师为研究对象,运用问卷调查和实地采访的调研方法,从个人身心健康、家庭幸福和职业竞争力等方面进行调查研究,提出了政府出台经济调节和社会保障政策;学校和家庭层面提供福利后勤保障;教师个人提前规划职业发展等促进高校女教师家庭与个人职业发展的相关建议,为“全面二孩”政策的推进和高校女教师事业和家庭平衡发展提供一定借鉴和参考。As a professional female college teacher,with the dual functions of family and society,the change of national fertility policy has caused great trouble to their physical and mental health and career development.Taking the female teachers of three universities in Liaocheng and some colleges in Shandong Province as the research object,this paper investigates and studies from the aspects of personal physical and mental health,family happiness and professional competitiveness,and puts forward some relevant suggestions to promote the family and personal career development of female teachers in colleges and universities from such three levels as the state,society and family.
