摘 要:房产资源作为后勤的核心资产和后勤重点工作,是泛在电力物联网建设的重要支撑。目前,省、市、县公司的房产及土地资产管理各自独立,资源信息模糊且不能共享,对网省公司房产、土地资产总体情况不能准确掌握,管理手段落后。从而以地产、房产及附着物为核心资源,提出了电网后勤智慧房产概念,阐述了电网后勤智慧房产系统架构、业务架构、功能架构和数据架构,初步构建了可视化、数字化和智能化的“地图+房产资源”智慧房产管理平台,实现监测、分析、决策与管理于一体的智慧房产“一张图”。这些措施可有效提升房产资源管理水平和利用效率。Real estate resources are not only the core assets and key tasks of logistics,but also important supports for the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.At present,the real estate and land assets management of provincial,city,and county companies are independent,resource information is vague and cannot be shared.The overall situation of real estate and land assets of online provincial companies cannot be accurately grasped,and management methods are backward.In this paper,we use real estate and attachments as core resources,and propose the concept of smart grid logistics real estate.A visual,digital and intelligent“map+real estate resource”smart real estate management platform has been initially constructed to realize the“one picture”of smart real estate for monitoring,analysis,decision-making and management,which can effectively improve the level of real estate resource management.
