摘　　要：目的探讨电子计算机X线断层扫描(CT)联合循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)检测对磨玻璃样病变(GGO)患者早期肺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月间行肺部CT示GGO的118例患者临床资料。所有患者均行CT、CTC检查,评估CT、CTC及联合检查诊断GGO患者早期肺癌的效能,并绘制ROC曲线。结果联合检查的灵敏度、准确率大于CT、CTC(P<0.05),CTC检查灵敏度、准确率大于CT(P<0.05),联合检查的特异度与CTC对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CTC检查特异度大于CT(P<0.05);联合检查AUC大于CTC检查和CT检查(P<0.05),CTC检查AUC大于CT检查(P<0.05)。结论CT联合CTC检测诊断GGO患者早期肺癌效能优于CT和CTC单独检测,有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)combined with circulating tumor cells(CTC)detection on early-stage lung cancer in patients with ground-glass opacity(GGO).Methods The clinical data of 118 patients with GGO who underwent lung CT from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent CT and CTC,and the efficacy of CT,CTC and combined examination was evaluated in the diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer in patients with GGO,and ROC curves were drawn.Results The sensitivity and accuracy rate of combined examination were greater than those of CT or CTC(P<0.05),and the sensitivity and accuracy rate of CTC were greater than those of CT(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the specificity of combined examination or CTC(P>0.05).The specificity of CTC was greater than that of CT(P<0.05).The AUC of combined examination was greater than that of CTC or CT(P<0.05),and the AUC of CTC was greater than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with CTC detection has better efficacy than CT or CTC in the diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer in patients with GGO,and it has clinical application value.
