摘 要:目的探讨泌尿外科教学中运用PBL(problembased learning,PBL)结合案例教学的价值。方法将本院2017年6月—2019年6月80名泌尿外科实习医生,采用双盲随机法分为两组。传统组给予传统授课模式,PBL组实施PBL结合案例授课模式。比较两组实习医生教学认可程度、泌尿外科理论内容、实操内容期末考核成绩。结果 PBL组教学认可程度高于传统组,泌尿外科理论内容、实操内容期末考核成绩高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论泌尿外科实习医生实施PBL结合案例授课模式效果确切,有利于提升实习医生实操技能,促使其更好为日后工作奠定基础,并提高其对授课模式的认可。Objective To explore the value of using PBL(problem-based learning, PBL) combined with case teaching in urology teaching. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 80 interns in urology in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The traditional group is given the traditional teaching mode,and the PBL group implements the PBL combined with case teaching mode. The final assessment results of the two groups of interns’ teaching recognition, urology theory content, and practical content were compared. Results The PBL group’s teaching recognition level was higher than that of the traditional group, and the final assessment scores of urology theoretical content and practical content were higher than those of the traditional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with case teaching mode by urology interns has a definite effect, which is conducive to improving the practical skills of interns, promoting them to better lay the foundation for future work, and improving their recognition of the teaching mode.
