摘 要:目的分析评估于临床实习带教中采用翻转课堂教学改革模式的临床效果。方法此次研究主体为本院临床实习的学生,共计90名,于2019年1月—7月实习,将其依照随机数字表法划分为两组,即对照组、观察组,保证两组实习生所占比例一致,对照组在实习期间给予传统教学模式,观察组在实习期间选用翻转课堂教学改革模式,对比分析临床实习带教效果,以理论以及操作技能、案例分析成绩、带教模式的满意度情况作为观察指标。结果观察组理论以及操作技能、案例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对于分析两组学生对于带教模式的满意度情况,观察组较高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床实习带教中采用翻转课堂教学改革模式具有确切效果,对培养学生临床能力具有积极意义,可增加实习生在临床带教中的主观能动性,对提升学生综合素养具有积极意义,学生对于带教模式的满意度以及认可度较高。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effects of the flipped classroom teaching reform model in clinical practice teaching. Methods The subject of this study is a clinical practice student in the hospital, with a total of 90 cases. They were practiced from January to July 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, namely the control group and the observation group. The proportions of the two groups of interns were the same. The control group was given the traditional teaching mode during the internship period, and the observation group used the flipped classroom teaching reform mode during the internship period to compare and analyze the clinical practice teaching effect. The satisfaction of the teaching model is used as an observation indicator.Results The scores of theory, operation skills and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);For analyzing the satisfaction of the two groups of students with the teaching mode, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of flipped classroom teaching reform model in clinical practice teaching has a definite effect, has positive significance for cultivating students’ clinical ability, can increase interns’ subjective initiative in clinical teaching, has positive significance for improving students’ comprehensive quality, and students have high satisfaction and recognition of the teaching model.
