摘　　要：目的调查分析我院住培医师基本心肺复苏技术掌握现状,为科教处住培医师心肺复苏培训更加有效提供参考。方法自行设计制作调查问卷,使用微信"问卷星"的问卷形式,进行心肺复苏知识掌握情况的横断面调查,相关数据进行统计学分析。结果筛选后有效调查问卷81份。被调查者对美国心脏病学会(AHA)2015版CPR指南中基础生命支持(BLS)的知识内容的掌握程度较高,掌握率超过90.0%的核心知识要点有:被施救者所躺平面需硬地面和成人胸外按压的部位均为100.0%、CPR时被施救者正确体位和充分暴露患者胸部掌握率均为97.5%、成人胸外按压的手法93.8%、如何判断患者无意识91.4%。被调查住培医师的性别和学历对心肺复苏掌握程度的影响差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。被调查住培医师了解腹部提压心肺复苏技术的为50.6%,接受过腹部提压心肺复苏培训的38.3%。同时,同意并有兴趣参加心肺复苏培训的为96.3%。当遇到紧急情况时,一定会或者会在院外实施CPR的为91.4%。结论本院住培医师对AHA 2015版CPR指南中BLS掌握情况较好,并赞同定期进行CPR培训。同时对腹部提压心肺复苏技术的了解程度尚不足,尤其是接受过腹部提压心肺复苏培训的住培医师并不多。在院外遇到紧急情况时会主动实施CPR。Objective To investigate and analyze the status of residents’ mastery Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)technique in The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University to provide Science and Education Office references for more effective and accurate CPR training. Methods Questionnaire was designed and produced using WeChat program "Questionnaire Star" to investigate the cross section data of knowledge of CPR The data were statistically analyzed.Results There were 81 valid questionnaires after screening.The respondents have a high degree of mastery of the basic life support(BLS) knowledge content in the CPR guidelines of the American College of Cardiology(AHA) 2015. The key points of core knowledge with a mastery rate of more than 90.0% include: 100.0% of the hard ground and adult chest compression on the lying plane of the rescued, 97.5%of the correct body position of the rescued and the chest of fully exposed patients during CPR The manipulation of adult chest external compression was 93.8%, and how to judge the unconsciousness of patients was 91.4%. There was significant difference in the influence of gender and educational background of resident doctors on the mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(P<0.05). 50.6% of the surveyed resident physicians knew about abdominal pressure cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology, and 38.3% had received abdominal pressure cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. At the same time, 96.3% agreed and were interested in participating in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.In case of emergency, 91.4% of them will or will implement CPR outside the hospital. Conclusion The trainees in our hospital have a good grasp of the BLS in the 2015 CPR guidelines of AHA and agree to participate in regular CPR training. At the same time, the degree of understanding of CPR technique of Abdominal Pressure Lifting is not enough,moreover the number of trainees who have received CPR training of abdominal pressure lifting is small. Trainees would perform CPR outside the hospital in emergency.
