360°评估系统在住院医师人文素质评价中的意义

摘　　要：目的评价360°评估系统在住院医师职业道德、人际关系和交流能力方面的能力。方法回顾本基地在2016级住培生在2016年9月—2019年7月间指导教师对住院医师职业道德,人际关系和交流能力的评价,分析住院医师在职业道德,人际关系和交流能力的变化。分析比较2016级住培生2016—2017年度,2017—2018年度,2018—2019年度的职业道德,人际关系和交流能力是否一致。结果 360°评估系统可以准确地评估住院医师职业道德、人际关系和交流能力。2016级住培生2016—2017年度,2017—2018年度,2018—2019年度三个年度的职业道德,人际关系和交流能力是逐年上升的趋势。结论 360°评估系统可以对住院医师的职业道德,人际关系和交流能力做充分的评估,是住院医师规范化培训过程中的有力工具。通过住院医师规范化培训,住院医师在职业道德,人际关系和交流能力方面有较大的提高。Objective To evaluate the ability of 360°assessment system in resident’s professional ethics,interpersonal relationship and communication ability.Methods To review the evaluation of resident doctors’ professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability of the resident doctors from September 2016 to July 2019, and to analyze the changes of residents’ professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability. Analyze and compare the professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability of grade 2016 resident students in 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Results The 360 ° assessment system can accurately evaluate the professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability of residents.The professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability of grade 2016 resident students in 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 are increasing year by year(P<0.01). Conclusion The 360° evaluation system can fully evaluate the professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability of residents. It is a powerful tool in the process of resident standardized training. Through the standardized training of residents,residents’ professional ethics, interpersonal relationship and communication ability have been greatly improved.
