摘 要:针对被动柔性防护网结构的系统缓冲性能,从冲击变形控制机理分析系统冲击变形的影响因素;设计了优化的缓冲结构体系。分析发现:系统冲击能力主要由网片顶冲变形、支撑绳牵引拉伸、支撑结构变形构成。对被动柔性防护网系统采用非线性数值模拟,提取系统工作条件下各部分冲击变形分量,与解析分析结果对比,验证了冲击大变形解析方法的正确性。In relation to the buffer performance of passive flexible protective net structure,the factors influencing the impact deformation of the system was analyzed from its control mechanical,and then the optimized buffer structure system was designed.It was found that the impact capability of the system mainly consists of impact deformation of mesh top,the traction stretching of support rope,and the deformation of support structure.For passive flexible protective net system,nonlinear numerical simulation was used to extract every impact deformation component under the working conditions of the system.The comparison with the result of analytical solution verified the correctness of analytical method for large impact deformation.
