摘　　要：目的探讨橡皮障改良通用打孔法在牙体牙髓病科临床治疗中应用的护理体会。方法回顾性分析采用根管治疗患者使用橡皮障的临床病历资料,结合牙体牙髓病科中临床护理工作经验及查阅国内外相关文献,总结使用橡皮障在临床诊疗中的重要意义,以及使用橡皮障的具体操作步骤,并提出橡皮障改良通用打孔法及其应用于牙体牙髓病科临床治疗中的护理体会。结果橡皮障能为治疗操作时提供相对无菌的环境和安全保证,橡皮障改良通用打孔法能有效提高牙体牙髓病科临床治疗中使用橡皮障的效率。结论橡皮障系统是能有效隔离患牙,以利于牙体牙髓治疗的一组器械,在牙体牙髓病科临床治疗中占有很重要的位置,是牙体牙髓病科医护配合基本功之一。橡皮障改良通用打孔法可在牙体牙髓疾病临床治疗中更好地应用和推广橡皮障,提高口腔治疗效果,使治疗更简单,促进患者早日康复。Objective To explore the nursing experience of modified general punching method of rubber dam in clinical treatment of Dental and Endodontic Diseases Department. Methods The clinical cases data of rubber dam in root canal therapy were analyzed retrospectively. They were discussed with clinical nursing work experience in Dental and Endodontic Diseases Department and the consulted domestic and foreign related documents to summarize the significance of using rubber dam,the specific operation steps,and propose the modified general punching method of rubber dam and its nursing experience when applied to the tooth clinical treatment in the Department of Dental and Endodontic Diseases. Results Rubber dam could provide relatively sterile environment and safety guarantee for treatment operation. The modified general punching method of rubber dam could effectively improve the efficiency of using rubber dam in the clinical treatment of endodontics. Conclusion The rubber dam system was a group of instruments that could effectively isolate the tooth and facilitate the treatment of endodontics. It occupied a very important position in the clinical treatment of endodontics and was one of the basic skills of the cooperation of medical care in endodontics. The application of modified general punching method of rubber dam could better apply and promote rubber dams in the clinical treatment of endodontics,improve the effect of oral treatment,make the treatment simpler,and promote patients’ early recovery.
