摘 要:目的:探究长学制医学生父母教养方式与心理健康之间的关系。方法:使用父母教养方式问卷(EMBU)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对北京某高等医学院校6902名在校生进行调研,其中长学制医学生1968名。结果:(1)方差分析表明,长学制医学生的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁和精神病性四个因子得分显著高于普通学生(P<0.05);(2)回归分析表明,温暖理解(父亲/母亲)可以显著负向预测SCL-90总分;拒绝否认(父亲)、过度保护(父亲)、过分干涉保护(母亲)、惩罚严厉(母亲)可以显著正向预测SCL-90总分。结论:温暖理解的教养方式有利于孩子心理健康的发展;父亲的拒绝否认、过分保护及母亲的过分干涉保护、惩罚严厉等消极教养方式不利于孩子心理健康的发展。Objective:To explore the relationship between parenting styles and mental health of students enrolled in college programs longer than 4 years.Methods:A total of 6902 students of a medical college in Beijing were investigated by using the parenting styles questionnaire(EMBU)and Self-reporting Inventory(SCL-90),and 1968 of them are college programs longer than 4 years medical students.Results:(1)The scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and psychosis of college programs longer than 4 years medical students were significantly higher than those of ordinary students(P<0.05);(2)Parents,warmth and understanding had a significant predictive effect on SCL-90;Rejection(father),over protection(father),excessive interference and protection(mother),severe punishment(mother)had a significant predictive effect on SCL-90.Conclusion:Parents'warmth and understanding benefit the development of children’s mental health.Fathers’ejection,excessive interference and mothers’excessive interference and protection are not conducive to the development of children’s mental health.
