摘  要:现如今,教学理念不断更新,各高校的教学改革也取得了不错的成效,但学生自身的学习动机往往被忽略。学习动机能够引导甚至推动、促进学生进行自学活动,鼓励他们朝着既定的目标努力,前进。在学习动机的影响因素中,积极良好的师生关系能够影响积极的学习动机形成。本文就学习动机及师生关系等问题进行探讨。Nowadays,the teaching concept is constantly updated,and the teaching reform in colleges has also achieved good results,but the students*own learning motivation is often ignored.Learning motivation can guide,even promote and promote students to carry out self-study activities,and encourage them to work hard towards the established goals.Among the influencing factors of learning motivation,positive and good teacher-student relationship can affect the formation of positive learning motivation.This paper discusses the learning motivation and the relationship between teachers and students.
