视频宣教对空军招飞体检脑电检查过程中心理紧张的影响

摘  要:目的探讨视频宣教对空军招飞受试者脑电图(EEG)检查过程中心理紧张的影响。方法选取2019~2020年间参加空军招飞体检的应届高中男生500例,年龄17~21岁,平均(19.2±2.3)岁,身高167~180 cm,体质量平均(62.5±8.7)kg。将500例学生随机分为两组。第1组为非视频宣教组作为对照组,第2组为视频宣教组作为观察组。通过问卷调查,98.8%的参检学生以前从未进行过EEG检查。通过EEG检查前的视频演示宣教和EEG检查中的心率监测,评估参检学生的理解力、配合度以及生理指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,视频演示有助于观察组学员对检查项目的理解,可熟悉检查流程,并取得良好配合。检查开始后,观察组的心率无显著变化,并一直保持在(79.74±3.31)次/min的水平至检查结束,检查结束后的心率与检查中的心率比较差异无显著意义(F=0.059,P=0.943)。而对照组在检查期间和结束后的心率分别为(91.99±3.13)次/min和(92.36±2.79)次/min,均高于基础心率(86.65±2.29)次/min,属轻度心理紧张水平,与基础心率(检查前)比较差异有显著意义(t_(中)=22.72,P=0.001;t_(后)=24.82,P=0.001)。结论视频宣教可以有效提高参检学生对EEG检查项目的理解和配合,并降低心理紧张和恐惧感,增强选拔结果的可靠性和有效性。Objective To explore the effect of video education on the psychological tension in electroencephalogram(EEG)examination of subjects recruited by Air Force of PLA.Methods 500 high school students,aged 17-21,with an average age of 19.2±2.3 years,height of 167-180 cm and average weight of 62.5±8.7kg,were selected to participate in the Air Force pilot selection between 2019 and 2020.All the students who participated in the primary examination and the selection of the Air Force recruitment physical examination.500 students were randomly divided into the control group(without video education),and the observation group(with video education).98.8%of the subjects had never had an EEG examination before.The students'understanding,cooperation and physiological indicators were assessed by video demonstration education before EEG examination and heart rate monitoring during EEG examination.Results Compared with the non-video education group,the video demonstration helped the students to understand the examination items,familiar with the examination process,and get good cooperation.After the examination,the heart rate of the observation group had no significant change,and remained at the level of 79.74±3.31 beats/min up to the end of the examination.There was no significant difference between the heart rate after the examination and the heart rate during the examination(F=0.059,P=0.943).The heart rate of the control group was 91.99±3.13 beats/min during the examination and 92.36±2.79 beats/min after the examination,respectively,higher than the basal heart rate of 86.65±2.29 beats/min,which was significantly different from the basal heart rate(t=22.72,P=0.001;t=24.82,P=0.001).Conclusion Video education can effectively improve the students'understanding and cooperation during the EEG examination,reduce psychological tension and fear,and enhance the reliability and effectiveness of the selection results.
