基于风险管理的高校实验室安全风险防范措施研究

摘　　要：高校实验室主要用于实验教学和科学研究,是满足培养学生实践能力、创新能力,提高学生培养质量的重要场所。通过查询文献资料,总结高校实验室安全工作主要问题,调研后得出实验室五类风险。通过分析风险管理理论的内涵,从风险控制角度,对高校实验室安全防范制定了相应的管理措施。以新校区建设与搬迁为契机,总结了一些做法及成效,对高校构建实验室安全防风险范机制进行探索。University laboratory is mainly used for experimental teaching and scientific research,which is an important place to meet the needs of cultivating students′practical and innovative abilities and improve the quality of student training.By reviewing literature,in this article we first summarize the main university laboratory safety problems,and then categorize five kinds of risks by means of a survey study.Moreover,by analyzing risk management theory,we propose corresponding management measures for university laboratory safety from the perspective of risk control.Employing the opportunity of the construction and relocation of the new campus of the school,we finally summarize some practices and good results and explore safety risk prevention mechanisms for university laboratories as well.
