摘  要:本科导师制是大学教育的新探索,对提高高等教育办学水平具有重要意义。本研究通过对本科导师制在高等教育发展、综合人才培养、医学教育特点等方面的必要性进行分析,认为该制度能使医学生准确定位自己,提高专业知识水平,培养临床思维能力,实现教学理论和临床实践有机统一。但目前该制度实施仍存在部分问题,如导师工作定位不清、导师资源严重不足、缺乏有效运行机制等,提出了应明确导师工作定位、加强导师队伍建设、完善监督激励机制等可行性解决措施,以期完善现有的本科导师制规章制度,提高高校办学水平,提升人才培养质量。Undergraduate tutorial system is a new exploration of university education,which is of great significance to improve the level of higher education.Through the analysis of the necessity of undergraduate tutorial system in the development of higher education,comprehensive talent training and the characteristics of medical education,it is considered that the system can enable medical students to accurately locate themselves,improve the level of professional knowledge,cultivate clinical thinking ability,and realize the organic unity of teaching theory and clinical practice.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of the system,such as unclear work orientation of tutors,serious shortage of tutor resources,lack of effective operation mechanism,etc.This paper puts forward feasible solutions such as clarifying the work orientation of tutors,strengthening the construction of tutor team,and improving the supervision and incentive mechanism,in order to improve the existing rules and regulations of undergraduate tutor system and improve the running level of colleges and universities and improve the quality of talent training.
