摘  要:本研究基于"5W1H"模式综述癌症病人死亡教育的必要性、实施内容、实施时间、实施地点、实施者及实施方式,以期为进一步规范我国癌症病人死亡教育提供参考依据。指出当下我国安宁疗护在国家政策指导下持续发展,死亡教育研究日益增加,但癌症病人死亡教育尚处于探索阶段,死亡教育推广在个人、社会和国家层面仍存在较大阻碍,今后应结合国家政策重视死亡教育,鼓励研究者针对癌症病人需求制订科学可行的死亡教育方案。This study based on the "5 W1 H" model summarized the necessity,implementation content,implementation time,implementation place,implementor and implementation method of death education for cancer patients,in order to provide reference for further standardizing death education for cancer patients in China.It is pointed out that hospice care in China is developing continuously under the guidance of national policies,and the research on death education is increasing day by day.However,death education for cancer patients is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still great obstacles in the promotion of death education at individual,social and national levels.Therefore,it is necessary to call for national policies to pay attention to death education in the future,and encourage researchers to develop scientifically feasible mortality education programs tailored to the needs of cancer patients.
