摘  要:微粒是细胞活化或凋亡时通过细胞膜出芽形式释放出来的0.1~1.0μm小囊泡。血液循环的微粒大多数来源于血小板,也来源于白细胞、红细胞、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞。不同来源的微粒发挥不同的生物学作用且作用广泛。最近研究发现微粒在血栓性疾病中发挥重要作用。本文就微粒与血栓的近年研究作一综述。Microparticles are small vesicles with diameter 0.1~1μm that are shed from apoptotic or activated cells via cell membrane budding.Most of blood circulation particles are derived from platelets,but they can also be derived from white blood cells,red blood cells,endothelial cells,smooth muscle cells.Microparticles from different sources play different biological roles and have a wide range of functions.Recent studies have found that microparticles play an important role in thrombotic diseases.The present article makes a review on recent researches about microparticles and thrombus.
