摘　　要：目的检测miR-34c-3p与M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义。方法选择50例鼻咽癌患者作为观察组,50例鼻炎患者为对照组。通过检测组织标本中miR-34c-3p的表达和M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的表达及血清IL-10水平,比较5年后生存率,分析miR-34c-3p表达与鼻咽癌M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的相关性。结果对照组miR-34c-3p的平均相对表达量为(110.15±10.64)、观察组miR-34c-3p的平均相对表达量为(99.83±10.06),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清IL-10平均水平为(19.30±4.85)pg/ml,对照组血清IL-10平均水平为(16.48±3.42)pg/ml,两组比较(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌组织中miR-34c-3p的表达与M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞比例表达均呈显著负相关。结论鼻咽癌组织中miR-34c-3p的表达下调,M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞比例及血清IL-10表达均显著升高,促进鼻咽癌进展。Objective To detect the expression and significance of macrophages associated with miR-34c-3p and M2 tumors in nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods 50 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer were selected as the observation group and 50 patients with rhinitis were the control group.The correlation between miR-34c-3p expression and M2 tumor-related macrophages and serum IL-10 levels in tissue specimens was analyzed and the correlation between miR-34c-3p expression and M2 tumor-related macrophages of nasopharyngeal cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of miR-34c-3p in nasopharyngeal cancer tissue was significantly negatively related to the proportion of macrophages associated with M2 tumors.Conclusion The expression of miR-34c-3p in nasopharyngeal cancer tissue was reduced,the proportion of macrophages associated with M2 tumors and the expression of serum IL-10 were significantly increased,which promoted the progression of nasopharyngeal cancer.
