超声造影结合弹性成像对甲状腺微小乳头状癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析超声造影(CEUS)结合弹性成像(UE)对甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)的诊断价值。方法选取PTMC患者92例(共106个结节),均行CEUS及UE检查,分析CEUS与UE检查在PTMC中的诊断价值。结果CEUS结合UE检查PTMC的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单纯CEUS、UE检查,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论CEUS与UE检查PTMC具有较高的诊断价值,值得推广。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)combined with elastography(UE)in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma(PTMC).Methods 92 PTMC patients(106 nodules in total)who were treated and diagnosed by surgery and pathology were selected.CEUS and UE examination were performed on all patients.The diagnostic value of CEUS and UE examination in PTMC was analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of PTMC by CEUS combined with UE were higher than those by CEUS and UE alone,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CEUS and UE examination of PTMC have high diagnostic value and can help to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,which is worth popularizing.
