摘　　要：目的探讨CO_(2)激光术联合PRA治疗早期喉癌的疗效及对患者声学指标及预后的影响。方法选取62例早期声门型喉癌患者作为观察对象,根据治疗方式的差异将其分为2组,研究组30例采用CO_(2)激光术和低温等离子射频消融术(PRA)治疗,而对照组32例则采用传统喉裂开术治疗,比较2组临床疗效等差异。结果研究组的围术期相关指标均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。术后研究组相关检验指标均比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。术后研究组声学指标均比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。术后1年,研究组的预后情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PRA联合CO_(2)激光治疗早期喉癌疗效显著,可最大程度保留其喉功能,改善患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of combined surgery on acoustic parameters and prognosis of patients with early laryngeal cancer.Methods 62 cases of early glottic carcinoma in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into 2 groups according to the different treatment methods.Among them,30 patients in the study group were treated with CO_(2) laser and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,while 32 patients in the control group were treated with traditional laryngectomy.Results The perioperative related indexes of the study group were obvious improved than the control group(P<0.05).The related test indexes in the study group were obvious improved than the control group after operation(P<0.05).The acoustic parameters of the study group were obvious improved after operation(P<0.05).The prognosis of the study group was obvious better than control group 1 year after operation.Conclusion CO_(2) laser combined with PRA in the treatment of early laryngeal cancer can significantly improve its curative effect,at the same time,it can maximize the preservation of laryngeal function,and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
