摘　　要：目的探讨血清人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、CA125检测对卵巢上皮癌患者预后判断的价值。方法选取卵巢上皮癌患者33例为观察组、卵巢良性肿瘤患者35例为对照组。检测所有患者术前及观察组术后3天的血清HE4、CA125水平;观察组随访,检测复发患者的HE4和CA125水平,比较存活组和死亡组的术前HE4及CA125水平。结果观察组术前血清HE4和CA125水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后血清HE4和CA125水平显著下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组有9例复发、3例死亡,复发患者均出现HE4、CA125单独或同时阳性,存活组和死亡组的术前HE4及CA125水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论HE4、CA125检测在卵巢上皮性癌患者预后判断中有较高的价值。Objective To explore the prognostic value of serum human epididymal protein 4(HE4)and CA125 detection in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods 33 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were selected as the observation group,and 35 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the control group.The serum levels of HE4 and CA125 were detected before operation in all patients and 3 days after operation in the observation group.The observation group was followed up to detect the HE4 and CA125 levels in relapsed patients,and the preoperative HE4 and CA125 levels of the survival group and the death group were compared.Results Compared with those in the control group,the preoperative serum levels of HE4 and CA125 in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.001).The postoperative serum levels of HE4 and CA125 were significantly lower than those before surgery in the observation group(P<0.001).Ovarian cancer had recurred in 9 patients and 3 patients died in the observation group.All relapsed patients were positive for HE4 and CA125 alone or at the same time.There was significant difference in the preoperative levels of HE4 and CA125 between the survival group and the death group(P<0.001).Conclusion The detection of HE4 and CA125 is valuable for prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
