摘　　要：目的研究TCT联合CEA、CA125、CA153检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选取136例宫颈癌患者作为宫颈癌组,134例宫颈良性肿瘤作为良性组,同时选取135例同期健康体检者作为对照组。宫颈癌组患者接受薄层液基细胞(TCT)检查,分析阳性率;对比3组入选者血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)水平;对比3种血清指标检测阳性率;绘制ROC曲线分析TCT联合CEA、CA125、CA153对宫颈癌的诊断价值。结果TCT检查发现122例宫颈癌患者,准确率为89.70%。与对照组和良性组相比,宫颈癌组患者血清CEA、CA125、CA153水平显著升高(P<0.05);宫颈癌组血清CEA、CA125、CA153阳性率均显著高于良性组和对照组(P<0.05)。四者联合诊断灵敏度、特异度以及准确率均显著高于各项单一检测。结论TCT联合CEA、CA125、CA153检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值较高。Objective To study the diagnostic value of Thinprep Cytologic Test(TCT)combined with carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)for cervical cancer.Methods 136 patients with cervical cancer,another 134 patients with benign cervical lesions and 135 healthy individuals in our hospital were enrolled,and set as cervical cancer group,benign group and control group,respectively.TCT was performed in cervical cancer group,and the positive rates were analyzed.Serum levels and positive rates of CEA,CA125 and CA153 were compared among three groups.Thereafter,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of TCT combined with CEA,CA125 and CA153 for cervical cancer.Results TCT detected 122 cases of cervical cancer,with an accuracy rate of 89.70%.Compared with control and benign groups,serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 levels were significantly higher in cervical cancer group(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 in cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign group and control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis of four examinations were significantly higher than those of single examination.Conclusion TCT combined with CEA,CA125 and CA153 detection are of great diagnostic value for cervical cancer.
