摘 要:为克服广东高温高湿气候环境对复烤烟片含水率的影响,以密封降氧处理为对照,探讨了不同除湿方式对广东地区复烤片烟在贮藏过程中水分含量及烟叶质量的影响。结果表明,①在降氧密封条件下,未进行除湿操作的复烤片烟含水率呈先降低后升高的趋势;②干燥氮气除湿与除湿机2种除湿方式使片烟含水率均下降,且干燥氮气除湿效果显著,含水率大约为11%;③干燥剂除湿效果较差,未脱箱片烟的水分含量几乎没有下降;④干燥氮气除湿方式对烟叶质量影响最显著,可有效降低未脱箱和脱箱烟叶的质量。In order to overcome the influence of high temperature and high humidity on moisture content of redried tobacco leaves in Guangdong Province,the effects of different dehumidification methods on moisture content and weight of redried tobacco leaves during storage were studied in this paper.The results were as follows:①The moisture content of redried tobacco leaves without dehumidification decreased and then increased under the condition of oxygen reducing and sealing;②The moisture content of redried tobacco leaves decreased under the two dehumidification methods of drying nitrogen and dehumidifier,and the dehumidification effect of drying nitrogen was significant.The moisture content was about 11%;③The dehumidification effect of drying agent was poor,and the moisture content of redried tobacco leaves without dehumidification almost did not decrease;④The moisture content of redried tobacco leaves without dehumidification was almost unchanged under the condition of drying nitrogen dehumidification methods had the most significant effect on the weight of tobacco leaves,which could effectively reduce the weight of tobacco leaves with and without boxing.
