摘 要:目的探讨原癌基因蛋白质c-Myc及骨膜蛋白在脑胶质瘤中的表达及与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年2月—2018年10月行肿瘤切除术的脑胶质瘤82例作为研究组,根据WHO胶质瘤分级分为低级别组32例、高级别组50例;另选取同期行颅内减压手术的脑外伤60例作为对照组。检测并比较脑胶质瘤组织、正常脑组织中c-Myc和骨膜蛋白表达阳性率,c-Myc和骨膜蛋白与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性采用Pearson直线相关分析。结果研究组c-Myc和骨膜蛋白表达阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。高级别组c-Myc和骨膜蛋白表达阳性率均高于低级别组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。c-Myc和骨膜蛋白与肿瘤侵袭转移呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论c-Myc及骨膜蛋白在脑胶质瘤中呈高表达,并且与肿瘤侵袭转移呈正相关。脑胶质瘤组织中c-Myc和骨膜蛋白表达水平可为患者病情和预后评估提供参考。Objective To investigate expressions of proto-oncogene protein c-Myc and periosteal protein in brain glioma and their correlations with tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods Clinical data of 82 patients with brain gliomas who had undergone tumor resection between February 2017 and October 2018 was retrospectively analyzed and were used as research group,and then the patients were divided into low-grade subgroup(n=32)and high-grade subgroup(n=50)according to the WHO glioma classification.Another 60 patients with brain trauma who had undergone intracranial decompression surgery at the same period were selected as control group.The positive rates of c-Myc and periosteal protein in brain glioma and normal brain tissues were detected and compared.Correlations between c-Myc and periosteal protein with tumor invasion and metastasis were analyzed by using Pearson linear correlation.Results The positive rates of c-Myc and periosteal protein in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The positive rates of c-Myc and periosteal protein in high-grade subgroup were significantly higher than those in low-grade subgroup(P<0.05,P<0.01).C-Myc and periosteal protein were positively correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion C-Myc and periosteal protein are highly expressed in brain glioma,and they are positively correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis.The expressions of c-Myc and periosteal protein in patients with brain gliomas may provide reference in evaluation of patients'conditions and prognoses.
