摘 要:癫痫是多种原因引起的一种反复发作的慢性脑部疾病,在儿童期较为常见。约半数癫痫儿童具有情绪行为认知障碍共患病,即癫痫伴有认知损害和情绪障碍,严重影响患儿的学业表现、生活质量及远期社会预后。认知训练是基于神经心理学科和脑科学发展的一项可改善人类脑认知行为的方法,可以改变儿童脑的解剖和功能连接,大量研究已经证实了认知训练用于干预学习障碍和认知障碍的有效性。认知训练还可干预儿童癫痫患者的异常脑功能,显著提高癫痫患儿的认知能力,改善情绪障碍和生活质量,对癫痫共患病具有较好的效果。本文对癫痫共患认知行为情绪障碍和认知训练的干预作用进行综述,以期为癫痫患儿慢病管理提供思路。Epilepsy is a chronic,recurrent brain disease caused by multiple causes,which is more common in childhood.About half of children with epilepsy have the comorbidities,that is,epilepsy is accompanied by cognitive impairment and emotional disorder,which seriously affects the children's academic performance,quality of life and long-term social prognosis.Cognitive training is a method based on the development of neuropsychology and brain science to improve the cognitive behavior of human brain,which can change the anatomy and functional connections of children's brain.Numerous studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of cognitive training as an intervention for learning and cognitive disabilities.Cognitive training can also interfere with the abnormal brain function of children with epilepsy,significantly improve the cognitive ability of children with epilepsy,improve mood disorders and quality of life,has a good effect on epilepsy comorbidities.This paper reviews the effects of cognitive behavioral and emotional disorders and cognitive training in patients with epilepsy in order to provide ideas for chronic disease management.
