摘　　要：地方高校作为高质量社会服务资源的重要输送来源,其主要导向是教育引导、人才输送、科研攻关和资源联结。乡村振兴战略实施以来,高校围绕经济社会发展亟需,发挥教育资源、人才供给、科学技术、社会资源等综合优势,在激发群众内生动力、推动乡村治理创新、助力产业价值升级、服务区域经济发展等方面集中发力,探索构建了具有高校特色的乡村振兴参与模式。文章立足高校参与乡村振兴的角色审视、运作机理及实践探索,总结高校参与乡村振兴的实践做法和经验参考。在此基础上,提出乡村振兴战略中高校党组织应不断在激发群众内生动力、推动乡村振兴战略落地、打造区域特色发展模式等方面着力。As an important source of high-quality social service resources,local colleges and universities are mainly oriented to education guidance,talent transportation,scientific research public relations and resource connection.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,colleges and universities have focused on the urgent needs of economic and social development,giving full play to the comprehensive advantages of educational resources,talent supply,science and technology,and social resources,focusing on stimulating the endogenous motivation of the masses,promoting rural governance innovation,helping industrial value upgrading,and serving regional economic development,and exploring and constructing the participation mode of rural revitalization with the characteristics of colleges and universities.Based on the role inspection,operation mechanism and practical exploration of universities'participation in rural revitalization,this paper explores and summarizes the practical practices and experience reference of universities'participation in rural revitalization.On this basis,it is proposed that the Party organizations in colleges and universities should continue to focus on stimulating the endogenous motivation of the masses,promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and building a regional characteristic development model.
