新时代学生党员质量保障研究与实践——以四川工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：学生党员质量建设是高职院校党建工作最为关键的一环。党员质量不仅事关基层组织的号召力、战斗力,同时也会影响党员个人作用发挥与队伍纯洁性。本文从高职学校普遍存在的学生党员发展教育及作用发挥等方面存在的问题入手,用习近平新时代特色社会主义思想为指导,对高职学生党员发展从制度程序、教育培训、作用发挥等环节进行探索,推动党员作用发挥落实落地,形成科学的高职学生党员培养路径和大学生党员质量保障体系。The quality construction of student Party members is the most crucial part of the party construction work in higher vocational colleges.The quality of party members not only concerns the appeal and combat effectiveness of grassroots organizations,but also affects the individual role of party members and the purity of the team.This paper starts with the problems existing in the development and education of student Party members and their role play in vocational colleges.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Socialism Thought with New Era Characteristics,this paper explores the development of student Party members in vocational colleges from the aspects of system procedures,education and training,and role play to promote the implementation of the role of party members so as to form a scientific training path and quality assurance system for the higher vocational student Party members.
