摘 要:目的探讨血清钾离子(K^(+))、钠离子(Na^(+))、氯离子(Cl^(-))、钙离子(Ca^(2+))的浓度及血糖的变化与反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)的相关性,从而揭示其对RE发生的部分影响。方法于2018年11月至2019年11月我院行胃镜检查诊断为RE的患者中随机抽取240例,根据其胃镜检查结果分为:RE总体组、RE-A级组、RE-B级组、RE-C级组,并设立健康对照组20名,分别检测血清K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、Ca^(2+)浓度及血糖水平。结果RE总体组血清K^(+)(3.99±0.42)mmol/L、Na^(+)(137.78±4.04)mmol/L、Cl^(-)(102.26±4.42)mmol/L均低于健康对照组K^(+)(4.36±0.37)mmol/L、Na^(+)(141.72±4.76)mmol/L、Cl^(-)(106.77±5.56)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);RE总体组血清Ca^(2+)(2.30±0.15)mmol/L、血糖(6.71±3.90)mmol/L高于健康对照组Ca^(2+)(2.28±0.20)mmol/L、血糖(5.51±0.43)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时除RE-B级组血清Ca^(2+)浓度、RE-A级组血糖水平与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义外,其他结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但RE-A级组与RE-B级组两者间除Na^(+)外,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)浓度的降低及血清Ca^(2+)浓度、血糖水平的升高引起RE。Objective To study the correlation between serum K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ca^(2+),blood glucose level and reflux esophagitis(RE),and elaborate the possible mechanism.Methods 240 patients who were diagnosed with RE under gastroscopy in our hospital from Nov.2018 to Nov.2019 randomly were selected.According to their gastroscopy results,they were divided into:RE overall group,RE-A class group,RE-B class group,RE-C class group,and set up a healthy control group of 20 people to test serum K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ca^(2+)and blood glucose.Results The serum K^(+)(3.99±0.42)mmol/L,Na^(+)(137.78±4.04)mmol/L,Cl^(-)(102.26±4.42)mmol/L in RE overall group were lower than those in healthy control group K^(+)(4.36±0.37)mmol/L,Na^(+)(141.72±4.76)mmol/L,Cl^(-)(106.77±5.56)mmol/L,the difference was significant(P<0.001).The serum Ca^(2+)(2.30±0.15)mmol/L,blood glucose(6.71±3.90)mmol/L in RE overall group were higher than those in healthy control group Ca^(2+)(2.28±0.20)mmol/L,blood glucose(5.51±0.43)mmol/L,the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,except for the Ca^(2+)level of the RE-B class group and the blood glucose level of the RE-A class group,there were statistical difference with the healthy control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical difference between the RE-A class group and the RE-B class group except for serum Na^(+)(P>0.05).Conclusion The decrease of K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),and blood the increase of serum Ca^(2+)and glucose causes RE.
