摘　　要：在治理理论被个人、政府和社会广泛应用的新时代,农村的健康发展与振兴繁荣无疑更加需要有一批批“人才”对其开展服务,最大化体现“服务人才价值”和“人才服务价值”。农村社会服务人才在农村社会全面高质量建设发展、新型农业社会化服务体系改革完善、农村善治和法治根本实现、农业农村人才和农村社会服务供需调节等方面的价值体现,需要其自身教育和实践和社会引导和推动的和合与协同,以此真正实现农村治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的目标任务。In the new era of the governance theory widely used by individual,government and society,the healthy development and revitalization prosperity of rural areas will undoubtedly need a batch of“talents”to maximize the value of“service talents”and“value of talent service”.All the elements of the value embodiment of rural social service talents in rural society comprehensive and high-quality construction and development,the reform and improvement of the new agricultural socialized service system,the fundamental realization of rural social good governance and the law governance,the supply and demand adjustment of agricultural and rural talents with rural social services needs the harmony and coordination of their own education and practice with the social guidance and promotion,in order to truly achieve the objectives and tasks of rural governance system and governance capacity modernization building.
