摘  要:目的本文探讨泡沫化聚桂醇灌注治疗体表血管瘤的临床效果。方法收集我科2018年7月至2019年9月期间均接受泡沫化聚桂醇灌注治疗的27例体表血管瘤患者临床资料。结果所有患者经过6个月随访,治疗前瘤体最大径之和为4.33±2.53cm,治疗后最大径之和为0.94±1.55 cm,完全缓解患者15例(55.56%),部分缓解11例(40.74%),有效率26例(96.30%)。4例出现轻微并发症,其中1例发热、2例皮肤糜烂、1例哮喘,2周内均得到缓解。结论泡沫化聚桂醇灌注治疗体表血管瘤治愈率高,并发症少、轻微,临床效果值得肯定。Objective This study explores the therapeutic effect of the infusion of foamed Polidocanol on surface hemangioma.Methods Clinical data of 27 patients with superficial hemangiomas who were treated with foamed Polidocanol perfusion from July 2018 to September 2019 in our department were collected.Results The patients were followed up for 6 months.The sum of the maximum diameters of tumors at the baseline was 4.33±2.53 cm and was reduced after the treatment to 0.94±1.55 cm.In 15 patients(55.56%),the hematoma was completely relieved,and in 11 patients(40.74%)was partially resolved.Thus,effective treatment was obtained in 26 cases(96.87%).Minor complications occurred in 4 patients and included 1 case of fever,2 cases of skin erosion,and 1 case of asthma;all complications resolved within 2 weeks.Conclusion The clinical effect of the therapy of surface hemangioma.with foamed Polidocanol infusion is remarkable.The protocol yielded a high rate of success,with only a small number of minor complications.
