改良后的牙冠延长术应用于上颌前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果及对美容度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨改良后的牙冠延长术应用于上颌前牙牙体缺损修复中的效果及对美容度的影响。方法将我院2018年3月至2020年7月期间79例(92颗前牙)上颌前牙牙体缺损患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组39例,43颗前牙,给予常规牙冠延长术治疗,观察组40例,49颗前牙,给予改良后的牙冠延长术治疗,观察两组牙周情况、牙齿美容度以及牙周指标水平。结果术后5个月,观察组牙周情况优良率(90.00%)高于对照组(71.79%)(P<0.05);观察组牙齿美容度优良率(97.50%)高于对照组(82.05%)(P<0.05);观察组牙龈指数(GI)、牙周探诊深度(PPD)、牙齿松动度(MD)、菌斑指数(PLI)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良后的牙冠延长术应用于上颌前牙牙体缺损修复中可调节牙周指标水平,改善牙周情况,进而提高牙齿美容度。Objective To investigate the effect of modified crown lengthening in the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth defect and its influence on the beauty.Methods From March 2018 to July 2020 in our hospital,79 patients(92 anterior teeth)with maxillary anterior teeth defects were divided into a control group of 39 patients and 43 anterior teeth according to the computerized grouping method,and they were given conventional crown lengthening.For treatment,40 patients in the observation group,49 anterior teeth,were given modified crown lengthening treatment,and the periodontal condition,tooth beauty and periodontal index levels of the two groups were observed.Results At 5 months after operation,the excellent and good rate of periodontal condition in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(71.79%)(P<0.05);the excellent rate of tooth beauty in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(82.05%))(P<0.05);the gingival index(GI),periodontal probing depth(PPD),tooth looseness(MD),and plaque index(PLI)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved crown lengthening technique used in the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth can adjust the periodontal index level,improve the periodontal condition,and improve the beauty of teeth.
