近十年来旅游人力资源研究热点与前沿问题分析

摘　　要：基于中国知网CNKI数据库2011—2020年旅游人力资源领域相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件分析该领域研究热点及未来发展趋势。结果发现:发文数量与中国旅游经济发展水平基本趋同,总体呈上升趋势;文献空间分布不均衡,集中度较低,所载文献期刊主要以工商管理、经济学等传统学科为主,且期刊影响因子小,层次普遍较低,该领域研究质量有待提升;研究力量主要集中在高校和科研院所,且中国东、中部地区要多于西部地区。当前研究热点主要集中在酒店、乡村旅游、酒店人力资源管理、员工组织行为、管理绩效等方面。从多学科交叉融合视角研究新业态下新企业的组织行为与绩效管理的创新和旅游人力资源发展模式是未来研究热点及趋势。On the basis of literature in the field of tourism human resources from 2011 to 2020 collected in CNKI database,CiteSpace is used to analyze the research hotspots and future development trends in this field.The results show that the number of published papers is basically similar to the development level of China’s tourism economy,and the overall trend is on the rise.The spatial distribution of literature is uneven,and the concentration is weak.Journals mainly contain the traditional disciplines such as economics,business administration,and the impact factor and level of these journals is generally low.The quality of the research in this field needs improving.The research force is mainly in universities and research institutes,and the force in east regions is stronger than that in the western regions and central regions.The current research hot spots are mainly concentrated on hotels,rural tourism,hotel human resource management,employees’organizational behaviors,and performance management.It is the future development trend to study the innovation of organizational behaviors and performance management of new enterprises under new business models and the development mode of tourism human resources from the perspective of multi-disciplinary integration.
