摘　　要：法律常识是人们拥有并在日常生活中自然运用的具有法律意义的普通而浅显的经验知识、共同而朴素的情感态度和大众化而自明性的基本道理。自明性、普遍性、稳定性、公理性、变动性是法律常识的内在属性,同时,法律常识具有明显的实践品性。"规范"和"命题"是法律常识通常的外在表现形式。Legal common sense is the common and simple experience and knowledge, common and simple feeling and attitude, popular and self-evident basic truth which are significant in law and that people have and use naturally in their daily life. Self-evidence, universality, stability, axiom and variability are the inner characteristics of legal common sense. At the same time, legal common sense has obvious practical qualities. Conventions and propositions are the external manifestations of legal common sense.
