摘 要:在静态、动态等各种载荷工况下,对自动扶梯的桁架进行受力分析比较困难,为此,对自动扶梯桁架的静力学特性进行了理论推导、仿真分析和实验测试研究。首先,采用有限元理论推导了桁架的静力学方程,对桁架的整体进行了静力学分析和简化;采用ANSYS分析软件,依据有限元理论对实际薄壁焊接结构进行了合理的力学简化;然后,对各项初始条件做了参数化处理,利用APDL语言编程,通过建模、材料属性、约束、加载、工况组合等程序,对金属桁架进行了各种载荷工况受力仿真分析,研究了整体结构挠度和应力,以及单个受力杆件应力、受压杆件稳定性;最后,搭建了测试平台,按照检规要求进行了自动扶梯挠度实验,并对其仿真模拟值进行了验证。研究结果表明:挠度仿真模拟值与实测值两者的吻合度非常高,仅相差5%左右,说明此种模拟计算方法契合实际桁架结构,可靠性较高;该结果可以为下一步对此类结构进行优化奠定基础。Aiming at the problem that it was difficult to stress analysis of escalator truss structure which suffered static,dynamic and other different load,a comprehensive study was executed.The static characteristics of escalator truss were carried out by means of theoretical deduction,simulation analysis and experiment research.Firstly,the statics equation of the whole truss was deduced and simplified by using finite element analysis(FEM).The thin-walled welding structure was rationally simplified by using ANSYS.Then,the initial conditions were parameterized by using APDL parameterized language.The stress simulation analysis of metal truss was carried out under various load conditions.The analysis process included modeling,material properties,constraints,load combination,solving process etc..The deflection and stress of the whole structure were calculated.The stress of single stressed member and the stability of compression member were studied.Finally,the test platform was established to perform the truss deflection and verify the simulation results.The results indicate that the difference between the simulated value and the measured value is only about 5%.The two values are almost identical.These two values have high reliability.It shows that the simulation method is suitable for escalator truss structure.This simulation method lays a good foundation for further optimization and analysis of this kind of steel structure.
