高频线阵探头、凸阵探头联合检查对脑室内出血新生儿诊断效能的影响

摘  要:目的探究高频线阵探头、凸阵探头联合检查对脑室内出血新生儿诊断效能的影响。方法选取洛阳市妇幼保健院2020年1月至2020年12月收治的1461例疑似脑室内出血新生儿,均行高频线阵探头、凸阵探头超声单独检查与联合检查。对比高频线阵探头及凸阵探头对脑室内出血的检查结果,以及高频线阵探头、凸阵探头联合检查对脑室内出血新生儿诊断效能。结果通过对比经MRI、CT和超声联合检查结果发现,本研究1461例新生儿中脑室内出血(Papile分级I级)260例,高频线阵探头检出脑室内出血新生儿210例,凸阵探头检出脑室内出血新生儿200例,联合检查检出脑室内出血新生儿250例,联合检查检出脑室内出血新生儿高于高频线阵探头以及凸阵探头(P<0.05),高频线阵探头与凸阵探头检出脑室内出血新生儿结果对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);受试者分析结果显示,高频线阵探头联合凸阵探头超声检查脑室内出血新生儿诊断的灵敏度分别为86.81%、87.03%、98.76%,特异度分别为92.51%、82.96%、90.59%,高频线阵探头联合凸阵探头超声检查脑室内出血新生儿,诊断敏感度、准确度高于高频线阵探头及凸阵探头单一检查(P<0.05);联合检查的诊断特异度与高频线阵探头和凸阵探头超声检查的特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频线阵探头、凸阵探头均可用于脑室内出血患儿诊断,且二者联合检查脑室内出血新生儿有利于提高诊断敏感度、准确度,可为临床治疗提供指导,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of combined examination of high-frequency linear array probe and convex array probe on the diagnostic efficiency of newborns with intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods One thousand four hundred and sixty one newborns with suspected intraventricular hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were examined separately and jointly with high-frequency linear array probe and convex array probe.Compare the results of highfrequency linear array probe and convex array probe in the diagnosis of intraventricular hemorrhage,and the diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency linear array probe and convex array probe in the diagnosis of newborns with intraventricular hemorrhage.Results By comparing the results of MRI,CT and ultrasound,There were two hundred and sixty cases of intraventricular hemorrhage(papile grade I)in one thousand four hundred and sixty one newborns,two hundred and ten cases of intraventricular hemorrhage were detected by high-frequency linear array probe,two hundred cases of intraventricular hemorrhage were detected by convex array probe,two hundred and fifty cases of intraventricular hemorrhage were detected by joint examination,and the newborns with intraventricular hemorrhage detected by joint examination were higher than those by high-frequency linear array probe and convex array probe(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the results of neonatal intraventricular hemorrhage detected by high-frequency linear array probe and convex array probe(P>0.05);the results of subject analysis showed that the sensitivity of high-frequency linear array probe combined with convex array probe in the diagnosis of neonatal intraventricular hemorrhage were 86.81%,87.03%and 98.76%respectively,and the specificity were 92.51%,82.96%and 90.59%respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of high-frequency linear array probe combined with convex array probe in the diagnosis of neonatal intraventricular hemorrhage were higher than those of high-frequency linear array probe and c
