摘 要:将生物柴油与纯柴油以不同体积比进行掺合,对某大功率机车柴油机燃用不同配比生物柴油进行台架试验,研究不同配比生物柴油对该大功率机车柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放性等基础性能的影响。试验结果表明:该大功率机车柴油机燃用不同配比生物柴油时,其扭矩、燃油消耗率、NO_(x)排放量、碳烟排放量以及缸内最高燃烧压力的变化趋势与燃用纯柴油时的变化趋势基本一致;碳烟排放量随着生物柴油配比的增大而降低,当配比由B10提升到B20时,碳烟排放量平均降低了12.90%,由B20提升到B50时,碳烟排放量平均降低了8.90%,在手柄位5工况下,燃用B50碳烟排放量比B0降低了35.10%。该台架试验获得的基础性能指标数据,对后续大功率机车柴油机仿真模型的建立与性能优化具有借鉴意义。The bench test of biodiesel-diesel blends with different volume ratios was carried out to discover the effects of these blends on the power,economy and emission characteristics of a high-power locomotive diesel engine.The results show that the variation trends of torque,fuel consumption,NO_(x) emissions,soot emissions and maximum combustion pressure in the cylinder of the high-power locomotive diesel engine fueled with different proportions of biodiesel were basically consistent with those of pure diesel fuel.Soot emissions decreased with the increase of biodiesel ratio,decreasing by an average of 12.90%when the ratio was increased from B10 to B20,and by 8.90%from B20 to B50.Under the operating condition of handle position 5,the soot emissions of B50 was reduced by 35.10%compared to B0.The basic performance index data obtained from the bench test can provide reliability verification for the subsequent simulation model establishment and performance optimization of high-power locomotive diesel engine.
