芒硝与复方聚乙二醇在无痛肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的观察芒硝与复方聚乙二醇在无痛肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取病例200例,随机分为芒硝组(A)、复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂组(B),每组100例。观察比较2组的清洁度,肠道泡沫量及不适反应的情况。结果芒硝口服在肠道清洁度方面的效果比复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);芒硝口服在肠道泡沫量方面的效果比复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);芒硝口服产生不适反应的人数少于复方聚乙二醇电解质散组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒硝口服在肠道清洁度以及肠道泡沫量方面的效果比复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂好,且不良反应少,患者依从性好。Objective To observe the effects of Glauber’s salt and compound polyethylene glycol on bowel preparation for painless enteroscopy.Methods 200 cases were selected,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each.Group A was given Glauber’s salt.Group B was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.The cleanliness,the amount of intestinal foam and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results 1.In terms of intestinal cleanliness,Glauber’s salt compared with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of intestinal foam volume,Glauber’s salt compared with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of adverse reactions,the comparison between Glauber’s salt and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glauber’s intestinal cleanliness and intestinal foam volume are better than compound polyethylene glycol,with fewer adverse reactions and good compliance.
