复方菊花散与美沙拉嗪栓治疗UC的疗效及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的比较复方菊花散和美沙拉嗪栓用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年9月—2019年12月山东中医药大学附属医院住院部收治的UC患者60例,根据治疗方案分为参照组和研究组,每组30例。研究组患者采用复方菊花散保留灌肠治疗,参照组患者采用美沙拉嗪栓纳肛治疗比较2组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果2组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组间腹痛、腹泻和便血缓解时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与美沙拉嗪栓比较,采用复方菊花散保留灌肠治疗UC具有确切的临床疗效和更高的安全性,值得临床应用推广。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of compound chrysanthemum powder and mesalazine suppository in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 patients in each group.The study group patients were treated with compound chrysanthemum powder retention enema,and the control group patients were treated with mesalazine suppository anal therapy.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).Abdominal pain,diarrhea and hematochezia in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with mesalazine suppository,the retention enema of Compound chrysanthemum powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has exact clinical efficacy and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
