摘　　要：目的:观察康氏益气芪术汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,NAFLD)患者的疗效及安全性。方法:入组NAFLD患者88例,据随机数字表分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(44例)。治疗组在一般治疗基础上加用益气芪术汤,对照组在一般治疗基础上加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,两组均治疗16周。判定两组中医疗效、肝功能、血脂、受控衰减参数(Controlled Attenuation Parameter,CAP)值水平。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者肝功能、血脂、CAP改善均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床总有效率及肝功能、血脂改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康氏益气芪术汤可提高NAFLD的临床总有效率,促进肝功能恢复,改善血脂水平,临床疗效高于单用西医治疗。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of the Yiqi Qizhu decoction(益气芪术汤)on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:88 cases were collected and divided into the treatment group and the control group,44 cases in each.The treatment group was given the Yiqi Qizhu decoction based on routine treatment,and the control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsuls plus routine treatment.The treatment lasted for 16 weeks.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency,liver function and the improvement of clinical symptoms and blood lipids in the groups were all better than before,and those indicators levels in the treatment group were all better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Qizhu decoction can improve the total efficiency,promote the recovery of liver function,and improve blood lipid levels,with higher clinical efficacy compared with Western medicine alone.
