清热通腑活血汤对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠激素及血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究清热通腑活血汤对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠激素及血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2020年8月南部战区总医院收治的60例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清热通腑活血汤内服、灌肠治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后胃肠激素、血清炎症因子水平,不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后胃动素水平显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,胃泌素、血管活性肠肽水平显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后降钙素原、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热通腑活血汤可明显改善急性胰腺炎患者胃肠激素水平,减轻炎性反应,有更好疗效且安全性良好,临床价值较高。Objective:To study the effect of the Qingre Tongfu Huoxue decoction(清热通腑活血汤)on the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2020,60 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Qingre Tongfu Huoxue decoction and enema treatment more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The level of motilin in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than before and after treatment in the control group,the levels of gastrin and vasoactive intestinal peptide were significantly lower than before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).Procalcitonin,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before and after treatment in the control group.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Qingre Tongfu Huoxue decoction can significantly improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones in patients with acute pancreatitis,reduce the inflammatory response,has a better curative effect,good safety,and high clinical value.
