从奇经论治不孕症验案一则

摘　　要：中医认为不孕症的病因病机与肾、肝、脾三脏腑受损,引发肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴失调密切相关。肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴是女性生殖调节的核心。肾气充盛,天癸按期而至,冲任通盛,胞宫定期藏泻,则可正常孕育,另胎之所由系,明于冲任之故。可见,中医诊治本病,关键在于其与奇经关系密切。故文章从验案出发,治疗上独重奇经,灵活辨治冲、任、督、带,以补肝肾、调冲任,多年顽疾迎刃而解,供借鉴参考。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility is closely related to the damage of the three Zangfu(脏腑)organs,namely the kidney,liver and spleen,which leads to the dysfunction of the reproductive axis of the renal-decyl-Chongren(冲任)-cytosolic axis is the core of female reproductive regulation.The kidney Qi(肾气)is filled full,the day is on schedule and arrive,Chongren Tongsheng(通盛),cytopathic regularly tibet Xie(泻)can normal gestation,the place of the other fetus by the department,Ming(明)in Chongren’s reason.It can be seen that the key to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease lies in its close relationship with the strange classics.Therefore,this paper,starting from the case,focuses on the treatment of extra meridian,flexible differentiation and treatment of Chong,Ren,Du(督)and Dai(带),in order to strengthen the liver and kidney,regulating Chong,for many years to solve the intractable diseases,for reference.
