中药消臌汤联合中医外治法治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价中药消臌汤联合中医外治法治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:选择脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水患者100例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例,对照组应用常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在常规对症支持治疗的基础,加用中药消臌汤联合中医外治法,观察比较两组腹水消退情况。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论:中药消臌汤联合中医外治法治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水,临床疗效满意。Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Xiaogu decoction(消臌汤)plus TCM external therapy on the Yang(阳)deficiency of spleen-kidney type ascites due to cirrhosis.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each.The control group was treated by traditional symptomatic and supportive treatment.The treatment group was treated with the Xiaogu decoction plus TCM external therapy more.Results:The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The Xiaogu decoction plus TCM external therapy on the Yang deficiency of spleen-kidney type ascites due to cirrhosis shows satisfactory clinical efficacy.
